Jonnas Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 God, those predictions for the future are completely unreasonable. Technologies become obsolete in 3 days? Humans don't work that fast. If anything, several new innovations may appear every 3 days, but there's no doubt most would be ignored by everyone, making them useless. Machines reaching a human level of intelligence? I've read somewhere it's pretty complicated (and expensive) to make a computer behave exactly like a regular ant. You know, those that gather food, and do barely anything else, not even think for themselves. What makes them think they'll surpass humans anytime soon?
