Why not ask the participating tribes in Africa for an apology too? They were culpable in their raids on other tribes to kidnap people for sale into bondage.

 

Great point. I'm happy that you know your stuff. The Transatlantic slave trade is not as Black and White as it may seem to be, nor is human slavery. In fact slavery has only been abolished for a very small time when compared with human history (where throughout legalised slavery was always around).
