Microsoft Event (some new info)

I recently attended one of microsofts events and I was lucky enough to learn a few new things, as well as win assasins creedgame and a Halo3 shirt (I'll get the game when it's done)

Halo3

A swedish representative let it slip that the game (or at least co-op game) has alternative endings. "depending on who you let die". he also said that halo is like 300 cause their story is both about 300 Spartans fighting against a collosal force.

Sega rally

It was playable(German version). looks good, track deformation but i didn't like the handling. I'm no sega rally veteran tough.

 

Kane and Lynch

Playable. It feels very much like freedom fighters. The action feels "real". the demo was hard tough.

Nauto

Playable(German version). I got 20min of footage. I was playing the beta. It follows the anime pretty close in the start, it has many scenes from the anime series put into the game (English dub) freerooming adventure like game. But at predestined places the game turns into a fighting game with very basic controlls. The game is filled with naruto stash, and ubi did a great job with the naruto license.

 

 

Assasins creed

I was able to take a close look on the e3 demo. Got some footage (nothing new). The game is looking good but i think it will have a hard time living up to the hype.

 

other playble new games there: Eternal sonata, Fifa 08, PES 08 and time shift

Was Eternal Sonata the demo from the marketplace or was it the full game/something different? I want to see more of the game. I hope it comes out in October.

I haven't played the US demo. But I think it's the same. The start screen had " Demo" written on it.
