EEVILMURRAY
For about a year now I've been using the microphone part of a headset for a... well, microphone. However, during the past couple of days, the "jack sensor" I have seems to be detecting the mic connection [as you can gather, it has two connectors] in the mic port, as some form of speaker. I have the speaker port covered by my... speakers. Plus I can see the colour coordination going on. So is there any ideas?

Calza
Maybe a driver problem? If it uses any software like my headset (but mines USB) then try re-installing that. I'm just guessing but give it a try. I assume you have went through all the options in the control panel.
