Posted May 11, 2007 Hey Sportsfans. Basically, I'm thinking I need a printer for uni, since its getting to be a ballache trying to get over to the library to print things. Anyway, I need: Good textual printing A scanner Good photo printing Ideally under £60, but willing to spend a little more. Since I'll be scanning in documents, and printing pictures of loved ones and sticking them to my wall, in typical university style. So, if you could post any recommendations of models that fit the criteria I'd be grateful, as it eases my quest. I've always found Canon to be good, so I'm thinking of heading down the same alley. Posted May 11, 2007 What I would do is after you cut down to a few printers you like - check the prices of ink/toner refills. Sometimes I rather get a new printer instead of new ink cartrige because a new printer is cheaper. Yay for being so mean to our environment. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
