Seriously though he was probably sticking his tongue out and making that wicked rasping noise thats always on kids cartoons or pokemon. By jove if some kid have done that to me they'd wish I'd cut their tongue out. Or at least they'd wish they pick a more opportune moment to piss me off, while a crazy lady waves scissors around threateningly is not the wisest of choices. Man I sure do hate them kids.
