Basically, Sky now wants double the amount of money it asked previously and both companies just aren't budging, either way someones gunna lose something. Well, Virgin did offer Sky more money, but it just wasn't enough for them. No big loss anyway, Sky One is mainly repeats and only has four shows I watch, much as I disagree with downloading TV I'll do that before I switch to Sky. Mine's a bit shit, and I thought it'd contribute to having bad freeview when I got it, but we have 3 boxes in our house including mine, and as far as I'm aware they all work fine(all run from the same aerial using a signal booster in the loft).
