When Lyra leaves Pan behind to go to the land of the dead. Also, when she sees Roger and Lee Scoresby and how the dead have hope for her. When she's about to fall to her death and the harpy saves her. The bit where Lyra and Will realise they love each other, it was just so perfect. Also, the very end.
