Have you got Mac filtering on sometimes it conflicts i have no clue why but sometimes it conflicts.

Ok my brother who isnt that great on computers got an MSN virus. Im unsure of which one. It stuffed up our Msn and our Norton Internet Security. I managed to fix msn but i unistalled Norton and now i have reinstalled it but when i have to register the product it just freezes. Im stuck i have no clue of what to do. Any help would be awsome.
