I never knew you could get 2 of those... whale Pokemons at once. I hope Smash Wii U has unlimited Pokeballs, the 3DS version was so lame how it barely spawned Pokeballs even when they're the only item.

Actually Dimps just did the Wii/PS2 versions of Sonic Unleashed which are pretty naff compared to the 360/PS3 versions. I think the real problem here is not giving teams enough time to make the games, Sonic Team themselves now try to spend 2 years making a game but then expect other people to rush out a game in 1 year.

I've read that they changed the physics for when you send someone flying which is why replays no longer work in the new patch when they did work in the last 2 patches.

Ness' down throw was buggy anyway in that on some characters it did no damage so I'm alright with that change. The only change I don't like is that now if you jump off the stage with Bowser's side B and both players are on their last stock it counts as a loss for Bowser. It might not seem too bad but now whenever Bowser grabs you, you can actually force him to go off the stage and make him lose so he gets punished for actually landing the grab that has 0 range.

Nicely done Maidens, I doubt I can be bothered to complete all the challenges in this game. It feels like such a grind and I would rather just play online, no idea how you managed to do it all! Nah this was a day or 2 after I got the game and didn't know what the colours meant. I just went for the trophies lol

@Pestneb I just messaged Zavvi and they told me that the Smash Bros + Gamecube Adapter bundle will be dispatched on or before the 28th of November but they haven't updated it on my order details page. I think I'll just take their word for it and hope for the best

How do I get the DLC? I just turned on Mario Kart 8 and went to shop on the menu and it says please wait until release.

The pointer controls in Mario Galaxy really do my head in, I can't play the game because of those lol. I'm too lazy to point at the TV to shoot stuff. As for Sonic Lost World it's a fun game but lacks any sense of speed or momentum, here's hoping they go back to the Unleashed/Generations engine for their next title. I was really hoping perhaps Sonic Boom could be good but it's just terrible, no wonder these guys are ex-Naughty Dog developers. I'm not a fan of the character designs, especially for the new characters the boomerang girl and the snake villain and the gameplay vids I've seen have just been terrible. Painfully slow adventuring sections that make the werewolf from Unleashed look like God of War interspersed with speed sections that are outdone by Sonic Dash, a free mobile game. I hope Sonic Team announces a proper Sonic game soon.

Except these are free updates that improve the way the game plays and in a year or 2 can breathe new life into the game. I can't see how anyone can be against it

Isn't the DLC pretty much Nintendo Kart? We've got Link and Animal Crossing characters + tracks from various Nintendo games, dunno what you all are arguing about. I think I'm gonna get the Captain Falcon Amiibo now, I was tempted to get one for Smash Bros but I was worried it wouldn't be utilised for other games. Seeing it'll give me a costume in Mario Kart 8 just sweetens the deal.

I think I'll pick up Outrun but I dunno about the other games.

lol I didn't even notice it was the E3 trailer. It's in 60 frames per second now so the video quality is as if you were actually playing the game on your Wii U.

I wouldn't recommend buying from Zavvi these days, they used to be good for Thursday deliveries but the past few times I've ordered from them this year I got my games on the Monday after the weekend. However, they run the Nintendo UK store and since this is a Nintendo game they might deliver it on time. I have my pre order from Zavvi because I'm a cheapskate and hoping they've sorted themselves out for Smash Bros, I'll let you guys know how I get on in December
