I'm not really fond of anything, apart from the idea of creating the note-pad looking content section. You've rotated the header counter-clock-wise 90 degrees, and placed it on the left-hand side. That means you're forcing the viewer to tilt their head, in order to see it. Which isn't really great. Also, the font's you've selected for the Header aren't really attractive either. I think you're better off revising them, and picking out better suited ones. The background and overall colour scheme, is pretty bland. Try spicing things up. And lastly. The navigational menu, is split up too much. -- Bring all of the options together.

Thanks for the comments guys, glad you like them! And I actually vectored an image of the Revolution console Konfucius. I had to flip the image horizontally though, and it was actually quite tricky flipping the buttons with the blue-lit drive bay slot to make it look right, Lol.

I actually agree with you, Lol. I've stared at it at times, and thought to myself, that it's missing something. And yeah ditto... I just can't figure it out myself either.

Right...i've been working on these two wallpapers, based on Super Mario World for the past two days. Everything has been made from scratch and both of them are at a size of 1280 x 1024px. And by the way, they're not finished, as I need to add Mario into the picture... so you can use these just now, until i've added him, and i'll repost the walls once they are finished. I also need a favour... can anyone tell me the names of each of the levels in Super Mario World? - I need to know each of the levels names, corresponding to each background. Like the ones in this image: There's also the Chocolate themed island, etc.

Lol Substeinar -- I'm no-where near there level, lmao. Some of the parts on each of the banners, look kinda pixelated. They all seriously need to be cleaned up. Especially at the edges and so on. It was kinda tricky converting it to red. Green is next. So once i've done that, i'll go over each version, and clean up all the little mistakes. The black one is now my personal favourite.

I wanted to do a black version first, so I could send both of them into IGN at the same time... so: You'll probably notice, that the Black version seems more "glossier", out of the two. So i'm going to rework the white version and make it more glossy. Shall I try and do the red and green versions? Updated

Thanks Goon. Updated Made the text on the "RESET" button more clearer. Did a few touch-ups on the diagonal edges, and clean some other parts up. I also added the indentation (which is still unknown), beneath the self-loading drive bay. With the IGN Logo: Without the IGN logo: I think it looks better without the IGN Logo, Lol.

After hearing that the guys at IGN Cube will be working on the Revolution Channel over the next few months, I thought i'd try my hand at creating my very own banner for it. I manipulated the IGN Cube banner and did the alterations. What it looks like on the page: Updated See later on in the thread.
