  1. It's totally unfair! We've waited just as long as they have :'( One month for them... two more months for us !
  2. Haha, was just about to say the same thing! That really was annoying! I wouldn't mind though if you at some point could get your sword sharpened. Just so it will do as much damage as it did when you first got it... so after a while it won't hit as hard as it did from the beginning... Or maybe you can just get it improved permenantly. Once or twice. Of course, not with the Master Sword. It'll always stay perfectly sharp
  3. ... Have you like never played a Zelda game before?
  4. Oh, please don't say such a thing, Dante Let's count the Oracles as one game, shall we?
  5. Oh my God... Don't say stuff like that... Noooooooooo !!! Well I did say *over* a year ... So excuuuuuse me, mr. pretty pants ...
  6. AAAAARRRGH!!!! Less than 2 months for the European release, guys! I mean, Oh my god... It's hard to imagine... I mean, Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess in less than two freaking months... We've all been waiting for so long... over a year, and now it's actually getting close... these are exciting times, I tell you! :P
  7. I like reading it, just for the hell of it although it's difficult knowing where in the timeline it is, but I guess that'll be known later. Do you have a whole story, an ending and all, already? Or are you just writting, while coming up with new stuff all the time?
  8. I like it it, Konfucius. It's well written. Though, I think you can make it longer But is it correct? I mean, did the Gerudo actually win the battle at the Great War? I'm asking you, cause I can't exactly remember, but in OoT, the Gerudo aren't ruling Hyrule. (at least not at the beginning ) Having trouble remembering the story correctly. Gonna post this in both threads, just in case
  9. I like it it, Konfucius. It's well written. You have some skills Though, I think you can make it longer But is it correct? I mean, did the Gerudo actually win the battle at the Great War? I'm asking you, cause I can't exactly remember, but in OoT, the Gerudo aren't ruling Hyrule. (at least not at the beginning ) Having trouble remembering the story correctly.
  10. Ah yes... I'm starting to remember things now It is likely the Zoras will be hostile as well, for all we know... (?)
  11. Can't wait to see the Zoras!!! Hope there is some kind of Zora city deep beneath the ocean somewhere. A bit like the one we saw the... Gungans (don't know if that's the exact right name) had in Star Wars Episode 1 :P That would be neat. They said they'd changed the Gorons alot in some interview though... I think maybe they've made them not friendly. I think now they're an evil race that won't show mercy to strangers... So far we've seen that boss Goron, from what I presume is in the Goron Mines. And then we've seen another Goron fist fighting Link. Don't know if that would be a good or a bad thing... Always liked the Gorons, but hostile Gorons might not be that bad...
  12. Why the hell are people complaining about 45 minutes being too much !?! C'mon! The bigger, the better! Everyone's been dreaming about a massive Hyrule land, that'll really make you travel from one plae to another. Yeah, it maybe took about 15-20 minuttes to cross the ocean in WW (which I didn't mind at all, I thought it was cool enough and very realistic), but the thing people hated about that was that the ocean was so vast and empty... didn't have enough to do while sailing throught the wide ocean, and I can understand that, but think about a land that size! First of all, Epona won't probably go nearly as fast as the King of Red Lions did, and second Hyrule will probably be filled with enemies and confrontations all the time. There will be hills, bridges, forests, lakes and maybe even a desert (who knows?)... the land will be so much different all the time and much more exciting to explore, instead of a vast ocean with a couple of small, not interesting islands here and there... You won't be sailing one straight line from one place to another, but riding Epona, climbing up places, swimming, running and just exploring... If Hyrule will be as big that it'll 45 minutes from one end to another, then people don't worry about that being to vast... I doubt it will....
  13. Damn straight, DCK! This game will rock to the max! Btw, haven't they said something about how long it would take to cross the field? It was damned long, I remember that for sure... About attacking with Wolf Link and Midna with the Wiimote, I think Midna will have some sort of targeting system with her magic, like we saw from one of the earlier trailers (the one where we were introduced to the name, 'Twilight Princess', and where we saw Wolf Link for the first time). She targeted some of those twilight creatures and Wolf Link attacked them by like charging into them. Like a quick attack. I think maybe you'll just kinda flip the Wiimote abit to make the 'quick attack' while running against them. But who knows..? :S
  14. Also, would like in TP that it's alot more important to buy stuff and saving up rupees... I've never liked how you've always been having like 2000000 rupees and never had to buy anything or use them... It became boring to collect rupees and the only reason you would do it, was in MM where you would get some rewards from that bank guy in Clock town, when you had special amounts of rupees. This time (it's probably been said alot of times in this forum but anyway), money should be alot harder to gain, and you would really have to work to get some rupees. And you'd really have to need them for new equipment and stuff like arrows, bombs, potions, bottles and so on.... you won't always get arrows by smashing rocks or breaking jars, you'd have to buy them and really save them for later. Not just shoot all your arrows away, find the nearest bush or grass to cut and get 10 new arrows, I mean... that's not very realistic... You'd need to find the right vendor to get the right stuff, go earn money by doing some work for people, or maybe by collecting some kinds of bounties, and save up money for cool equipment... Now that would be neat They have been saying in an interview not too long ago, that you'd really have to go find the right vendor to brag, because some people will demand more rupees for cheaper stuff... that I like So, alot more items to collect and alot more shopping I really hope TP will be improved at that point... It would really make it so much cooler...!
  15. Care to share a link? Unless it's from the TP trailer from E3 2006, that we've all seen
  16. Haha, that would be awesome With one of Wolf Link's abilities maybe...? Naah, I don't know... Wolf Link will probably not be psychic... But I like the idea of the Mask of Truth...
  17. Ah yes, I remember that... I was so sad that day :'( Those bastards... Yeah, it's going to be so damned nice! Think about all the stories there'll be from each one of them....
  18. Huh ?? Of course you've seen it.... ! There's released some screenshots with it, and the E3 2006 trailer had Link walking in the city Old stuff... you can find the screenshots here on n-europe.com ...
  19. Can we get back to TP subjects? This is a TP discussion... :P I can't wait to explore (what I presume is) the Hyrule Market! Dang, it looks so nice !! And looks to be huge... ! :P
  20. Ah, exactly my question, Tellyn :P .....
  21. Ffs, Zelda's no eagle... ! If she were, that eagle you're talking about would have had a better introduction and a bigger role... That eagle is just a friend of Link, and will probably also appear while Link is as Wolf Link, and will show a whole new side of itself once you're actually able to talk/comunicate with it... But seriously... Let's drop the whole 'Zelda is an eagle' thing... ZeldaFreak, what do you mean by this? I've played Oracle of Ages, and what do you mean by 'you'll know who Midna truly is' ?? I don't follow.... If that's what is says?
  22. It makes me furious anyway, no matter if it's a smart move for Nintendo or not... They already made people mad when they announced that it was going to be delayed in 2005 due to "new and special improvements", and now this... They can at least launch it with the Wii version. It ain't fair... I'm still hanging on to the 'perfect end for the GC, not the perfect beginning for the damned Wii'...
  23. Damnit, read that the GC version might first be out in Feburary! Seriously, I'm gonna shoot someone if that happens... Not only have we waited a year when they finally said that TP, both GC version and Wii version, would be released on the launch date of the Wii. But now they are saying it's going to be in Feburary!? Those damned bastards! Trully... damned bastards... I don't know what to do anymore... Zelda TP should be played on GC! C'mon! It was originally for the GC and is the perfect end for the GC! Not the perfect beginning for the Wii!
