  1. How do you de-stress?

Not just my bedroom! My bed. This is going to sound revolutionary, but sleeping calms me down! Some people are unable to sleep when stressed I believe, but for me it's the opposite.
  2. How do you de-stress?

I practically never stress, it's not in my nature. But if I need to calm down, I simply go to bed.
  3. I haven't watched this myself yet but: As for games, I'm sure there are plenty, but the first one to come to mind is Routine. Got reminded of it today as there's a new Korean sci-fi show on netflix, with a premise that reminded me of this.
  4. What Have You Bought?

Made my first Ebay purchase right before Christmas. The item is something very niche, basically an original "L-bracket" for my Canon SLR. Just mainly wanted to mention that my first Ebay purchase was a positive experience, I know it can be risky, but I also believe it's actually generally a bigger risk for sellers. Again, item is very niche so I didn't have a lot of options, there were none for sale on out own national markeplace website. There were 2 sellers within Europe, chose the best looking one, checked the seller reviews. There was no bidding option, but there was an option to make an alternate offer on the price. Auto rejected the first, accepted the 2nd, saved 5 euros haha. Quickly payed as the offer was accepted while I was still figuring out the site, and the item was shipped shortly after Christmas, and it arrived before New Year's Eve from Austria, so all in all a very quick shipment considering it was during the holiday season. I don't think I'd use Ebay if I want to sell something, I want to keep things local, only offer pickup, and only accept cash.
  5. Best Films of 2021

    Yeah that's pretty short.
  6. Lego!

Yeah I remember that one. Mine was a smaller version of that one. It's in the box with all the other deconstructed Lego.. I have no idea if it's still complete. Not sure if I still have the instructions either.
  7. Lego!

I have one small bike thingy, and I had a big digging truck thing, from around the same era.
  8. Best Films of 2021

Unfortunately this list will be short compared to other years.. It's getting shorter and shorter. My favourite films of 2021 Junk Head Ok this one's cheating as it was my favourite film a few years ago, but that was a longer cut. The film now has had an official release. Alien on Stage - the documentary Feelgood documentary about an amateur drama group performing a stage version of Alien. Very funny Pompo the Cinephile Filmmaking feelgood comedy anime Dune Close call, but made it on the list despite being a part 1. Promising Young woman Revenge drama, carey Mulligan excellent as always. And my favourite film of 2021.. Spider-man: No Way Home That was a very close call. Promising Young Woman is the better film, but the humour and fan service and crowd reactions made Spider-man the cinema experience I really needed this year.. Horourable Mentions Red Screening Fun slasher Vicious Fun A really fun slasher Nobody Comedy John Wick Last Night in Soho Story could be better, but highly entertaining thriller It's a Summer Film! Fun Japanese highschool filmmaking coming of age Pig Drama with Nicholas Cage. Went in pretty much blind, pleasantly surprised. Most WTF moment Titane Worst Film of 2021 Eternals Runner's up: The World to Come (this at least had lesbians) A Quiet Place part 2 (pretty shit but at least had a better atmosphere) Favourite Soundtrack Amine Bouhafa & Lena Chamamyan - Ya Tara The one that got away (wish I had seen this) Also, James Bond, The French Dispatch, and 50 other films.
  9. Report a Bug! [Read OP first]

Do a hard refresh Bob.. I had the same problems this afternoon, and harrassed @Ashley on Twitter (as I couldn't do anything on the site). He fixed those particular problems.
  10. Lego!

Better decide quick then, like I said, the set isn't being made anymore. Not liking the look of that Sonic set.. I intend to buy my first modulars next year, starting with the Assembly Square, which I hear is rumoured to be next in line to have its production ended. I have limited money and space, but luckily I'm barely affected by fomo, so I won't bother with the cool sets I've missed the last few years. Maybe I'll buy a modern technic set as well, I only have experience with oldskool technic. I don't generally don't like the look of modern technic, but I want to know what the build experience is like, and next year's BMW bike looks cool.
  11. EEVIL's New Year Resolution Thread!

Kill myself if Corona policy is still keeping me from enjoying anything (too dark?) Do more sports. With the swimmingpools being closed, I've been forced to look for alternatives (that I'd actually enjoy). I've decided to take on climbing next year, starting with bouldering as that is the easiest to get into. Looking into it now, the options in the neighbourhood are pretty staggering, with 4 boulderhall pretty closeby, 2 climbinghalls a little bit further (with the biggest of our country being one of them), and a free public outdoor bouloderwall practically around the corner. After the lockdown I'll buy some climbingshoes. Play more games. Go to the fucking cinema every fucking week, whenever a fucking lockdown, a fucking curfew, or a fucking QR code that gets fucking lost isn't making this impossible. Looking above, I should give Duolingo a nother serious shot. I'll start with French and German probably. Get a job. Try to make money with something creative. Do more photography. Go on a fucking holiday, if it's even fucking possible. Cancel Netflix. Yes I'm a bit frustrated.
  12. Lego!

Bought this thing this morning as I think it looks cool and it's no longer being made, the sets you find in a store are the last. Was fun to build, and like I said I think it looks cool, though there were several parts that are a bit flimsy in my opinion.. Dust carefully in other words.
  13. Do you do play unofficial ports? Looks impressive actually.
  14. Questions

I've always used the default, that's not the problem. I was simply pointing out there's no banner image right now, is that correct? And I feel like the layout's slightly off, in chrome it jumps a bit, as if compensating for the profile box, but maybe I'm imagining that. But it feels there's a bit too much white space between the menu and the content. That's where the profile box was.
  15. Questions

A hard refresh was exactly what I did to make it disappear. Edit: Added a screencap.
  16. Questions

I think the box is slightly affecting the layout (and/or something else is). The top banner background is also gone.
  17. Questions

Yeah, it's weird, I default to not filling in anything these days, eventhough you guys do know my twitter. It's public anyway.
  18. Questions

At the forum front. I could dismiss it, which I've done now. It was just a bit of a surprise to be prompted to complete a profile which has been te same for years more or less.
  19. Questions

So what's with the "Your profile is 50% complete"?
  20. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Then let me make it explicitly clear (though I find it hard to imagine I need to). Breath of the Wild made some major changes, but it's still an adventure game. Age of Calamity is a Musou game. They're two totally different genres, and I find it ridiculous to compare it to Majora's Mask, as if they hold similar appeal, which they absolutely don't. I'd love a new (non-spinoff) Zelda game with a MM vibe, and I'm not going to play Age of Calamity like you suggest.
  21. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

That's for the best, filling a huge world with new content (and hopefully dungeons) takes time. Plus it makes much more sense to release it on the new Switch.
  22. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Right, but it's not a Zelda zelda game.
  23. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Some people don' t consider that a Zelda game.
