Hello i was wondering is everyone's wii making this sound?? when you insert a disk into the drive, it beeps then the disk is spinning constantly while idleing on the menu. The disk doesn't stop spinning at all until you go into the other channels like weather/shop. Is your wii drive spinning constantly (loud) on the menu? Well not very LOUD but its noticably loud. Is this normal?

The lag is caused by the wifi connection, 802.11g and bluetooth doesn't go well together. Search for "Nintendo Wii wireless problem illustrates RF communications issues" to read about it.

I pre-ordered mine in september from hmv and i just got mine on thursday.

Umm just wondering has anyone elses Wii order from HMV despatched?? I just got this email from them *Edit*Not sure on the estimated delivery date, but they have said it was dispatched on the 2006-11-30

To set it do the following: Hold down the Power button *you'lll see the LED flashes* and press the D-Pad directions Panasonic = up,up,down or (if 1st doesn't work try this) up,up,left Sony = up,up,up or (if 1st doesn't work try this) up,up,right LG = up, down,up Samsung = up,right,down or (if 1st doesn't work try this) up,right,left JVC = right,right,left Heres a few TV manufacturers I recognise in the manual that comes with the Wii Remote.
