I'm getting so close to getting my 'ice pack' abs back that I used to have. Pecs are so hard to tone up and keep firm though I must say.

This has reminded me I really should get back into Shenmue 2 on my xbox, got stuck on abit where you have to catch leaves falling from a tree about 2 years ago and have never been back to it, despite up to that point absolutely loving the game...

I went to see Luton vs Norwich with my dad, bought him and myself a ticket for his birthday. Shite game, both teams were crap. But you've got to love a last minute winner for your team (or the team you're going for). Norwich won 3-2 in injury time.
Give it to the Norwich fans, great bunch, they never stop chanting, right behind the team.
One of my friends went too, big norwich fan. They're all very very happy with the result.

English developer Data Design Interactive has recieved the license to develop and publish Wii-games from Nintendo, and has decided to celebrate this by porting twelve of their PS2 and PC-efforts over to Wii.

I'm watching this on Sci-Fi, after only 3 episodes i damn well see what alll te fuss is about.
I love the Japanese guy, and it's brilliant they have him speaking Japanese with Subs, instead of having him speak English to me mass-market friendly, like Jin in Lost.
A definate unique take on the human evolution/x-men theme that works really well without being too "out there" like that Mutant X show

I'm very fit, mainly becaue I used to be an amateur boxer and still do most of the training even though i'm into Tai Chi now. Go running tons, and press ups and sit ups always. As well as other stuff like skipping, weights etc.

Nice to see the return of the BK. You never do get to see where he came from and what his connections were to Ikes dad did you? I cant remember as its been a while since I finished PoR.
Ike's dad trained him, that's all that was revealed I think.

Yeah, i've said it many times; this forum has gone downhill. I'm not blaming anyone in particular or bringing in any names or anything though. I am a member on some other forums but I don't feel as attached to any as I do here, and if I try to leave here for another 'home' forum it it just never seems to work.

What a load of shite. The ref and linesman were diabolical today. This sounds like sore losing, and yeah slightly is. But firstly Drogba is offside for the first goal, the amount of diving, shit decisions for free kicks were unbelievable. The magical loss of extra time minutes, 6 minutes for Terry's injury, and then 1min for 5 subs? Its suppose to be 30 seconds for each sub.. do the maths. Then the brawl, Lampard should have received red also, I would also go as far as to say Fabregas could've got one too.
What a shambles, what a joke. Shite final.
Yeah it was a right mess and didn't give a fair ending but i'm not going to get sour about it because I was bloody pleased with our performance and didn't expect to win anyway.
