I never bought bioshock so i cannot comment on that but as for fear... I know alot of people liked it but i didnt actually find either fear 1 or 2 to be that scary tbh especially fear 2 as the only good scene i remember from that is in the school. I actually remember getting more scares from the comdemned series in general personally but neither series made me feel that sense of paranoia that i felt with dead space but obviously each to their own of course.

One of the few games that actually made me feel paranoid when playing it as i always expected something horrible to just come out of no where at me. I hope there will be just as much eerie voices that you hear in the game overall as i loved how it added to the atmosphere of the original dead space.

At 5 in the morning, this Boxart definitely puts a smile on my face -
Ive heard that from quite a few people.. especially to do with this so called "dark world" but reguardless I cant wait because to be honest.. if its even only as half as good as MP1 then im happy as MP1 (alongside ocarina of time) is one of the most memorable games that ive ever played.
-
Thank you both for the feedback as now i know what im looking for. I cant wait to get this game as i am getting it today along with the Wii and the fact that I havent even played MP2 Echoes or MP3 let alone completed them (MP1 being the only one that i have..) makes me excited as hell.

Alright, thanks for the info as it is much appreciated, I cant wait to get my hands on the metroid prime trilogy as i only ever owned metroid prime 1 and the fond memories that i have for that game are in the bucket loads

I assume you buy these cables in any common game store? im sorry but for someone who owns a hd tv, i know next to nothing about them lol

Hello there, I plan on buying Metroid prime trilogy and a few other games for the Wii and if you dont mind, I have a small question that im alittle curious about.. I am buying a Wii again since my last one broke but this time i have a panasonic hd tv (before i just had a normal tv) but dispite the fact how i know the wii doesnt support HD (which isnt a problem at all) i just wanted to know your opinions on how it looks on a hd tv?? im just curious and im buying a Wii reguardless, so many games that i want to buy such as Metroid prime trilogy (btw,i apolagise if this post feels as if its in the wrong thread, i looked for a wii console topic but i didnt find one except for console problems? i apolagise if incorrect)

I actually might, cheers for that as although i dont own a PSP, my friend does and he likes sonic (usually buys whatever sonic game comes out) so ill defo give it a try as he will likely buy it.

I started to completely give up on Sonic after the SA GC ports and Heroes. Sonic Rush though was fantastic, got me interested in the future of sonic games again.....only for the handhelds tho. As for sonic on consoles... I actually hated Sonic on 360 and Sonic on the Wii is my last hope. I cant help but feel that sonic being one of the 2 top videogame mascots of the 90's cant even cut it anymore except for the likes of Sonic Rush (handheld side scrolling amazement) I always loved most of the Sonic games right up to Sonic Adventure 1 on DC but if Sonic on Wii is even nearly as shit as the other sonic titles then to hell with Sonic and i dont even like saying that as sonic games were a big part of my childhood. I dont want to seem like an ungreatful gamer but Sega needs to stop ****in slippin E's into the sandwiches of each Sonic Team member.

I used the focus mode in my first run through the game when everything got really crazy in gun fights, its pretty useful and its actually quite cool. I bearly even need to use this at all now along side any zoom function. I'm getting head shots with pistols all over the place now, really with the grips of the controls near 100%.

no prob I actually had the same problem with the Grenade throwing at first but ive gotten the hang of it more than i once was. My problem (i think) was that when i was throwing a grenade, I was aiming up too high as my grenades used to bounce off ceiling and such. Try to keep your aim in the center when you throw it as this seems to help me a big deal. Either that, or im doing something im unware of that is helping me alot

Its a good game IMO, it has kept me very Interested so far and im pretty far into it (i think) and what darksnowman said is exactly how i feel about the controls as well.. the more you play it, the easier and easier the controls get.
-
Actually those control ideas seem very comfortable when i think of them holding the Wii controls, I wouldnt mind a control scheme like that in the next F-Zero.

If im not mistaken, the guy who does Primes voice in the original cartoons is the same guy who is doing the voice for Prime in the movie.
