  1. Its just that the MAN said we can't post threads about specific emotions hence this thread. If you got a problem with it go take it up with Admin not me. It seems you guys (not you in perticular) are not on the same wavelenghth. I mean from the Admin we get told to stop posting irrelvent threads. Then when we post a new thread about a new topic, cos all the other topics have been covered, we get told by the Moderaters to stop posting werid threads. Then the normal posters complain cos people are posting werid threads and posting the same ones. Make your minds up people do you want a lot of threads about everything or a few regular threads covering the basic topics.

"The MAN" said not to post any more similar threads. I was getting irked about threads being similar to others. Someone sees a successful thread and tries to replicate it. Its like Surface, Invasion and all the other new shows that are around because Lost was so successful. If I wanted the others to be gone I would have locked them.

I siad I wanted no more threads for different emotions. As I said, there are hundreds of emotions and at the rate we were heading we would have got them all. Wanna share every emotion? Go see a shrink. Its threads like this one I don't want, its just trying to replicate the success of the Happy/Angry/Indifferent ones. And it isnt just seperate emotions I want not to be bought up. It would be like creating a different thread for each actor in Lost all at once.

This thread will only be kept open to resolve this issue. So in essence, its going off topic but for a good reason.

(and yes, child porn is very very bad and should not be joked about. as some of you know its been quite an issue for me this summer and call me jaded but any more joking and i may have to get personal.)

Hmm cant really get my head round that, my mind is elsewhere really. But are you asking what we as admin/staff want or we as a community want.

I posted the announcement because I was getting sick of similar threads with only slight difference, such as the Happy/Angry/Indifferent ones. As I said that could really all be in the same thread but leave it as it is. Just didn't want Upset/Tired/Giddy threads turning up.

  3. I can't say I do wear my high heels while reading on the couch, I save them for special occassions.

Each to their own. As Monopolyman said, he finds it more comfortable I don't. Personally I prefer being barefoot. Theres something weird and interesting (to me) about it being the only body part that remains constantly attached (well normally, bar jumping/lying down etc) to the world around you. I blame Joss Whedon.

  4. Ended up buying a Belkin one from PC world for £20. Told you he was impatient, had to leave soon after posting. Spent about forty minutes trying to set it up. Oddest thing is I downloaded an installer and put it on my Zen Micro (no blank CDs at hand) and took it upstairs and plugged it in. Clicked the installer (but didnt start installing it) and then it suddenly started. Bloody things.

    Thanks though.

People warned me about wirless routers. Woke up this morning and it wasnt working. The "2" (where the pc is plugged into) was flashing so I just disconnected it and connected the old modem. Stupid things.

  5. Can't be bothered to explain the backstory but trying to set up a wireless network. Its working on the main pc which has the router plugged in but not on others. The other pc is brand new but im presuming its just because there is no wireless adaptor thingy.

If im right where can I buy one from for cheap (and preferably quickly because my brother has that special kind of patience that is not) and anything in particular I should look for.

The router is a Netgear 54 Mbps Wireless ADSL Firewall Router DG834G.

    Thanks guys.

  6. The plural of 'moose' is, err, 'moose'. So now I have a question: does this apply to the substance ('mousse') as well as the animal?

Well the negative for good is bad, don't stop me from saying "that was ungood" Although I have a philosophy that that in itself is acceptable. Something that is good is ..well good, something that is bad is bad. (Duh). But something that is ungood isn't bad, but not all too good. And no its not another way of saying its indifferent :P

Anyway where we we? Plural of mousse? Anyone?

  7. WTF are you on about. I have long hair and I wash it everyday. Most guys I know with long hair treat it better than short haired people.

Another hair question (mainly aimed at girls): How do you get your hair so damn shiny? I condition it everyday I've tried using that serum stuff. It just won't go shiny.

Must be local boys, as a lot of their hair looks yuck and unkept. I knew a guy who once didn't wash his long hair for six weeks, which was just eww.

And I think girls have shiny hair by using special (ie expensive) shampoos and conditioners and brush it every night to make sure its all nice. Plus the mooses and stuff they use are special "shiny enhancing" mooses.

    Mooses is a silly word.

  8. Alright no need for random image posting.

Anywho, didn't she used to be a model and wasn't she kind of forced to get surgery or something, or is that just the word on the street. With word being wrong.
