Someone mentioned theres two weeks before uni starts. I need to sort out if im going by buses or trains, and also get my arse in gear with the decorating.

The closest discussion to the Ubisoft DVD I could think of; but the Ubisoft rep came in yesterday and I told him how everyone was interested in Raving Rabbits (and kinda Red Steel, but RR stands out more) and how it had caught a lot of people's eyes. He seemed impressed.

Ubisoft guy came in today and showed me a vid of this (and some other games). Seems okay, might buy it if I had a 360, but alas.

Well we know, or at least there is one person in each shift that knows. And yes, the only logical use is that. The others involve lunchtime internet surfing, which I could have done with today. Still, they're doing it. Im not going to stop them.

Hmm well we received nothing at work about demo pods today. Will check tomorrow but doubt it.

Game are having wi-fi put in, and we won't be charging people to come in and play. Just give them the evil eye. Well actually we may charge, but I hope not because it would be useful to show someone how to access the internet on a PSP. Plus lunchtime laptop usage

Which building you hoping to stay in. I know they showed me round a low-end kind of one and it was shoddy. Was speaking to my friend who goes there today actually. Anywho, im going Worcester which is near me. About 30 mins by car, but as I don't have one its about 2 hours with walking, buses and all that shit. Im used to it, went to college there. Studying Media and Cultural Studies with Creative Digital Media. Don't really want to do the camera shiz, but the scriptwriting module I want to do in the second year requries me to. Ah well. And as far as accomodation; im moving in to my friend's house. She lives with her mom and her mom always said I could move in because im super helpful, and when some plans fell through I asked her if she was serious, and she was. Gotta go up there and decorate after I eat. Can't wait until its done, but could be a few weeks off. Still, £30 a week for food, rent, gas and electric is score. Plus, she's going to teach me how to cook, im going to teach her about computers.

Over the next few days I'll be adding small bits to the forum, all of which I will report about here. So far not much has been done. If you now click the Search button in the navigation bar you can search for a member, its a bit easier than using the Members List if you knwo who you're looking for. Also for the main forum scheme I have changed the header to reflect the site's current header because everyone loves the Lite. Also made it so that stickies are seperated from other threads, but the final decision hasn't been made about whether that staying. If it does I'll add it to t'other schemes. In a day or two the forum will go down for an upgrade, but need to sort some stuff out first. : peace:

It means rather than reply to the new thread for the new upgrades (which I linked to before) you just "bought back" this one from March. I will now close it because its very old, and should be dead.

Its because of the upgrade, we've asked one of our programmers to get on it but they're all busy.

It stops automerging after 24 or 48 hours, cant remember. Just get someone to bump it, and I'll delete the bump later if you link me.

Just noticed you've bumped the old thread from last time the forums were upgraded in March. While im not saying I believe its legit or anything; Nintendo consoles are apparently often released on Sundays in America, so if they wanted a worldwide release Sundays are all around.

Nope. Thats what they call bullshit. I remember a day or two before we had an email coming down basically saying "Yes, push bundles anda ll that, but nobody is obliged to take one." I think PS3s may be a bit different, because people who don't buy in bundles are generally just going to sell it on eBay.

Just register your interest, which is name and number. When the company knows more (ie date, price and their stock allocations) they will be taking (most likely £20) deposits. And you can buy it by itself. They may try and promote bundles, but you have every right not to buy them. And as I've said before, if you've seen the GAME stores showing Red Steel and Raving Rabbits its a Ubisoft promotion, not a Wii one

That would require having a different user category, and then once a member has moved past 1000 moving them into said category. Not only would it be a lot of faff, it would mean the Meaningless Thread is spammed more just for the sake of putting "I REWL" as their custom titles. Its been discussed before, I'd say they have been in large used and welcome, the amount of people against them isn't really sufficient to change anything. Why are you "put off" from reading them anyway?

The video with Red Steel and Raving Rabbits on is one Ubisoft sent all stores. Game aren't loving Wii, they're pimping Ubisoft.
