    • I always bring my A game. That probably explains why I didn't do so well this week, actually.
Don't bring your A game anymore. Hey, I remembered that next week is a theme night. Here is what it will be. Next Theme Night: Thursday 2nd May The tracks here are the 12 longest tracks in MK8 Deluxe. How did I deterimine that? I looked at all 96 Staff Ghost times, and ordered them myself.
You're welcome. In case anyone is interested... See you next week.
    • OK, so I've been basically refusing to look at anything to do with this game, because I want to be as surprised as possible. But a thought just occurred to me.
And don't go confirming if I'm right or not, just spitballing here. Don't actually want confirmation. But what if they remix the music? Say what you will about Sticker Star onwards, but those game's soundtracks absolutely clown all over the older games! I would love to hear what the people who did this can do to improve TYD's music! What if they even do specific versions of the standard battle theme based on the chapter you're on, like Origami King does!? Man, I would flip!

JP release: 17th July 1998 NA release: N/A PAL release: N/A Developer: Banpresto Publisher: Banpresto N64 Magazine Score: 58% A fighting game featuring giant mechs from various anime – although to my uncultured mind, this is a Megazord fighting game. In the story mode, each “episode” has some story before each fight, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately, this is another dull beat-’em-up. The large mechs don’t really move like large objects, more like people moving in slow motion. The really poor levels also don’t make them come across as large machines, either, so the impact of fighting with giant mechs is just completely lost. The fighting itself is very generic as well, with a few moves and not much else. There is a hover mechanic, but it doesn’t amount to much. This just seems like it was quickly put together to cash in on the various anime shows included in it. Remake or remaster? This doesn’t need much attention – although the concept done well in a new game would be great to see. Official ways to get the game. There is no official way to get Super Battle Robots
    • If the controllers are magnet do you think they'll replace the "click" sound they use in advertising? I imagine a magnet more as a "pop".
