Pancake Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 I was just looking through a game music newsgroup and a lot of the files were aac files. What are these exactly, and will i be able to play them on Windows Media Player or any other non-Apple program?
Guest Jordan Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 AAC is an Apple quicktime format. Its basically their audio format, however Winamp or Windows Media Player and most other players now have support. If not you can simply download the codec (the thing that plays it) by simply googling.
Meik Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 Jordan just posted in a thread asking about the AAC format without any insults or derogatory comments. I think the world is about to collapse. Quick, get to the bunker
Haver Posted August 4, 2006 Posted August 4, 2006 AAC is irritating in my particular circumstance because my CDRW isn't compatible with iTunes so I have no way of burning CDs.
