HTML/Javascript Help

Im curently updating my Young Enterprise company's website (I'll put a link later), but i need a little bot of HTML help.

 

1) Im going to have one "form", with products linking to it. Is it possible to get the link from each product to automatically fill in parts of the form. (i.e. i want a link to fill in text boxes)

 

2) How do i get links to open a small window (javascript?), with a list of options. When one "option" is clicked on, it closes the window and inserts text into a set text box. (e.g. sort of like how emoticons work on here - with the "More" link)
