BGS Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Hey guys, I've recently ventured into the realms of a dual monitor setup. Absolutely loving it, it's making so many things a lot less hassle. Anyway, just wondered if you know of any decent software that helps you manage the dualness. Windows by itself isn't ideal. I'm currently using a program called ultramon which is great but after 30 days it wants me to fork out forty dollars for it. Wouldn't mind so much but I'm not gonna find a use for half its features. Yes I know I could just find a *cough* crack *cough* but I'm not into cheating people outta cash. Just wondered if any of you knew of any alternatives from personal experience? Ta!
RoadKill Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 No. UltraMon is the shit. I had it with a warez key for ages but eventually bought it because it's essential for me.
Guest Jordan Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Yeah, i can't recommend Ultramon enough. I have a nice copy from a friend of mine! He's great for giving me his key. Anyway, the point is Ultramon is all you'll need. It is a great piece of software.
Colin Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 UltraMon is wicked, and definetly worth the 40 dollars.........but like Jordan, a mate of mine gave me the key. It's so good that you can set up profiles for each set-up you want, whether that be 3 screens (including tv-out) or just having a certain resolution setup for the second screen.
