KingOfHyrule Posted January 16, 2006 Share Posted January 16, 2006 Here's a question for the DVD and HD experts - I have a HDRPTV and I'd like to use the high definition output to its full potential; if I buy a DVD player that upscales 480i content to 720p/1080i/1080p, will I be getting true HD output to the Tv, and will it look like it should? That said, it won't be too much so you will get a better picture than a standard 480i, but not quite what a native output would get you. Close, but not quite.
