Posted November 21, 2013 Though found a thing which I didn't realise as I hate HONKING too, but they do it there to tell people there doing up, so they use it as a way of saying I'm coming past you. Though everyone does it all the time so surely it's impossible to work in that way. The correct use of a horn, according to the Highway Code, is to alert other road users to your presence.
