*Dalco* Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 After seeing that video yesterday with Mario 64 completed in 16 minutes i found this site whihc contains many moer http://speeddemosarchive.com/GameList.html sorry if this has been posted before
YenRug Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 The Mario 64 video was generated on a PC emulator, though, to "enhance the skills of the player". In other words, they cheated.
jakeee Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 I wouldn't say that they cheated. The Nesvideos site clearly state that the speedruns are made with the help of emulators. And they don't break any rules, do they?

And they don't break any rules, do they? Oh yes they do. They break the law. Furthermore, it's not on orginal hardware, so it's cheating.

Yes, this is true. The game list here is a list of the games actually running on a console with a normal controller. I have watched many of these. I love watching the four swords one. Lol.
AshMat Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 There is another website for the world records of these things, high scores, speed runs etc. http://www.twingalaxies.com
