madeinbeats Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 Just one last try to solve this and cross off ISP issue. Anyone with Nano and on Virgin Media here? Just need to know if you are or are not having an issue with the online scoreboard loading so I can definitely cross this off as hardware/firmware related and throw it back at Nintendo. Any feedback appreciated Cheers.
Mandalore Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 I'm on Sky Broadband and the leaderboards occasionally don't load.
madeinbeats Posted December 13, 2012 Author Posted December 13, 2012 I'm on Sky Broadband and the leaderboards occasionally don't load. Mine don't load more than they do. Do you get an error code , mostly when you get a high score and it tries to grab the leaderboard scores?
RedShell Posted December 13, 2012 Posted December 13, 2012 Anyone with Nano and on Virgin Media here?Yep. Absolutely no problem with the online scoreboards for me though.

Mandalore Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 Mine don't load more than they do. Do you get an error code , mostly when you get a high score and it tries to grab the leaderboard scores? Most of the time there isn't an error code. I got an error code from trying to refresh one the the rankings.
madeinbeats Posted December 15, 2012 Author Posted December 15, 2012 (edited) @RedShell, have you got any particular settings on your superhub? I took the Wii U round a mates to test on his internet which isn't VM and it worked fine. I was running it in modem mode and using a Netgear router, tried a different Sweex router - same error - and now straight through the Superhub; tried on the main SSID even with DMZ, and also tried it on an SSID2 with a weak WEP encryption. The latter seems to give a 'better' result but I still run into the error fairly quickly. Think I'm gonna' have to give up, put up with it and just hope it's localised to this one game. RedShell Posted December 15, 2012 Posted December 15, 2012 RedShell, have you got any particular settings on your superhub?I don't actually use the Super Hub. I'm using a Buffalo AirStation router. Think I'm gonna' have to give up and put up with it and just hope it's localised to this game.I reckon it's probably just a glitch within Nano Assault, yeah.

Lens of Truth Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 Shin'en have got a patch ready that sounds like it may fix this: We’ve already submitted a first patch to Nintendo that will fix a display problem in the online rankings, and a minor issue when the GamePad does disconnect. To our knowledge there are no restrictions in such updates by Nintendo.
