Emerald Emblem Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 Right, so I went ahead and bought a Home cinema system for my TV. The Home cinema system is a LG and my TV is a Sony Bravia. However my issues are when trying to play my PS3, I sometimes lose the audio for brief periods. I'm curious if it might be the Optical Audio cable that might be an issue, due to the selective nature of my audio loss. Like When I flick through my XMB I lose audio for scrolling the menu's but go on the Game icon and the music starts playing again after a slight pause at the start, when I played Tales of Graces the sound effects in the shop menu would die out, leave the shop and after a brief moment the Sounds would come back on. I know it might be a compatibility issue between the Home Cinema and the TV as well, but I'm hoping that isn't the case (Spent £200 on it). The optical cable is a standard one from Maplin.
