Questionnaire Help

Erm basically a bit of a request to any students out there who have managed to obtain an internship or a job this year.

 

I have a questionnaire of 9 questions to find some information about graduate employment/ graduate offers.

 

So if anyone has been able to get a job or any internship in their last or penultimate year at university I was wondering if you could answer the questions for me please?
