Rummy Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 Generally, who's the better brand? I'm looking about £250 for a 32" Toshiba, or for a 32" Samsung, wondering if there's a generally superior brand(inc possible faults and customer service). We have a 40" Toshiba already, and I find it pretty decent, but I get this feeling inside that Samsung are kinda 'better' for TVs. The Samsung is refurbished with 12month warranty, whereas the Toshiba is brand new, so if Samsung aren't massively superior, I'd probs get the Toshiba. SAMSUNG LE32C450E1W or SAMSUNG LE32C530F1W Or Toshiba 32BV500B 32 Inch HD Ready Digital LCD TV Tho I might get the full HD one for £30 more; Toshiba 32BV700B 32 Inch Full HD 1080p Digital LCD TV.
Pyxis Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 I have a 32 inch 1080p Toshiba, but it must be an older model compared to that one. I haven't had a Samsung in the past, but the upscaling of the Toshiba TV is flawless.
Thrill Mitchell Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 I've had a 32" Samsung TV for a few years now and it's been pretty damn good really. It's not 1080p but that's my fault for buying it too early
