Chainclaw Posted August 26, 2010 Share Posted August 26, 2010 Hi everyone, I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong place in the forum, but I'm just new here (well, new on the forum anyway, been reading the news section for a coupla years) and I can't seem to get my avatar working. It displays fine on my profile page and the page where I can upload a new one, but next to my posts in the actual forum it doesn't seem to be working. Can anyone offer up any help or advice? It's only about 4k in memory size and is exactly 100x100 pixels yet all that appears next to my posts is the ugly red "X" box in an empty rectangle. You will need to upload the avatar here: http://www.n-europe.com/forum/profile.php?do=editavatar Also when I tried to do it for you it said it is not a JPG so try saving it as a JPG instead of a gif and it should work. (and in terms of 'area', it should have gone here: http://www.n-europe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5&page=105 But for now this can remain, will simply close when its solved, which should be when you resave it as a jpg.
