When I saw the

for Machete before Grindhouse I hoped that the movie would be made. It is now.

 

 

Rodriguez also showed seven minutes of the movie at comic con. (It gets better towards the end)

 

 

I think that movie only works because of Danny Trejo - I couldn't imagine anyone else filling that role.

Is anyone else looking forward to this?

I just find it so hilarious that the rough-looking, but lovable inventor uncle from the Spy Kids movies is now a badass killing machine.

This is going to be hilarious. The trailer is absolutely brilliant- though I hope it's not too long because Rodriguez can really go on for far too long sometimes.
