Sound Issues

Hi all (again)

 

I'm not sure if it is my speakers or the in-built soundcard, but it is this.

 

The sound i have coming out of my speakers tends to get louder and quieter by itself. I did a test by plugging in earphones and the same happens again.

 

Is it the sound-card problem, or the speakers???.
