I'm guessing it's nothing more than your standard template website? Do you want to submit or purchase templates? I don't really see the point in buying pre-made templates. Unless you cough up the big dough to get it "unique", you're just going to see it on other websites. Plus I don't even get how "unique" works. What if 5 people have already bought it? Templates are lame because they are generic by design, I'd rather see something more personal.
