iDVD Questions

Anyone know the answer to these questions when using iDVD?

 

1) In a photo slideshow how do I change it so either the photos stretch to fit (or at least in landscapre mode) or change the background? At the moment all photographs have a huge black border which is just ugly.

 

2) I know you can choose to have titles appear on each image as you go along, but is there some way of having it so it can be turned on or off upon request? Like having subtitles essentially. As its for wedding photographs I want it to look clean and all that, but if they spot one they like I want them to be able turn on the titles, copy down the file name, and turn them off again.
