Posted November 24, 2005 I was wondering about the name of Revo and Mario 128 and started to wonder about N64 and Mario 64 and a saw a connection between them. Obviously the Mario 64 is named after it´s console perhaps Mario 128 is named after it´s console.Because it´s suppose to revolutonise the video game market and the N64 was some kind of a revolution with 3D games and wasn´t Mario 64 the first game in full 3D (correct me if i´m wrong) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted November 24, 2005 On the other Rev name thread, Konfucious came out with this I don't know if anyone said this before and I'm too lazy to read through the thread again, so I'm just going to post this idea:The GC originally was called Dolphin and had a Flipper CPU or GPU but it didn't became the final name. Now the Revo has CPU and GPU called Hollywood and Broadway but the Codename has nothing to do with it, could it be that the final name has something to do with it then? which, to me, sounds most likely what could be done. don't have any ideas toward names though Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
