Sanchez Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 I have a Optoma HD65 with free VGA and S-Video sockets but I've also been out of the loop with TV's and their inputs for a while so I need an idea of what the cheapest and easiest solution is for me. First problem is that my antenna cable is about 1.5m too short to reach the projector area. I assume the solution to this is just an extension cable but I didn't see any after a quick search. I also need to know the best way to get it from antenna to VGA or S-video. I assume it's a freeview box but if there's a better way please do tell. Cheers.

You will need a freeview box to decode the digital signal and output it to a TV or projector unless the TV or projector has a Freeview decoder built in. If your antenna cable is too short you could put the freeview box at the end of it and use a long VGA cable to go from the box to the projector.
