Pikmin Remake on Wii?

Apparently Nintendo are remaking a horde of games to be playable with the remote controller, Pikmin 1 is one of them - and it seems it will be released 25 December 08 in japan. o_O

Yeah, there is another thread covering these games, but you mightn't have noticed it cos its currently been pushed down to page 2.
