Can anyone get Nintendo's FastTrack to work!?

Can anyone get past this page of their Fast track repair service?

It works fine if you enter the entire serial number including the LEH part found on the bottom of the console including the number with the box round it.

It's incorrect when it says to "Enter all 9 digits"

Nono....I said can you get past this page, i.e actually selecting the console.

...which I assume you can :P

 

All there is is a continue button for me; all the selections aren't buttons or anything like that, just grey, plain writing.

Tried in Opera and IE

I just tried with Firefox 3 Beta 5. I click on the Wii picture and a blue check mark appears - then I click continue and get a prompt to enter my serial number.

Strange I am using Opera aswell. In Opera try selecting the view tab on the top of the window and then Images try selecting Show Images if it's not selected.

Thanks....you actually helped...though it wasn't that show images thing.

 

I turned off my internet security, and it works. Thanks for giving my brain that kick though.

 

Now I can get that sorted out....I'll wait for Brawl though and then can give Nintendo my real reason etc.

I actually feel in a really good mood now, even thoguh I have work tomorrow -_-

Once that's sorted out my mind will be much more at rest.

I didn't even know nintendo had started this I could do with getting my DS touch screen sorted.
