nekunando Posted January 17, 2008 Posted January 17, 2008 A few months ago, I was a Pay & Go customer with o2 before changing to a £15 a month deal. This wasn't really working out for me so I am going back to Pay & Go. I was sent out a PAC Code to transfer my number (which was supposed to be done yesterday) but there is a problem at the minute. I have not put money onto the Sim Card yet as I want to make sure everything is sorted out before doing so. I have been sent a couple of test messages to the number I wanted to keep and they have came through to my new Pay & Go Sim Card fine. However, when someone tries to call me, it won't work! Can anyone help? I hate having to keep ringing o2 Customer Care, wasting money..
