Yet I can't seem to find any viable places to get any of these files. They are harmless fun no? I am looking for a sidebar for XP similar to Vista and looking for the transparency effects around the windows. Just seems there are a lot of options and your opinions on wht are/is the best option would be greatly appreciated. Oh, I cannot install windows blinds as it says I don't have user permission or something?!
