Ellmeister Posted May 1, 2007 Share Posted May 1, 2007 Hi there, now usually i can sort out problems with help from the internet etc, and I've even had this problem before but its not solved itself on its own like usual. So basically, I tried to get my printer to print something 2 days ago but it must have crashed or something. So now its frozen and saying that its still trying to print, and that its "restarting" which is screwing me up because I still need it printed!!!!! Is this just a simple case of restarting the machine? Because I've unplugged the printer but that did nothing . Get it out of the electricity and leave it out for a few minutes to deload it's on-board memory. If it's still stuck, you might want to see a repairman-like-person... Sorry, can't help more.
