I didn't understand from wikipedia how Skynet 5 could start to control euhm, robots. Anyone care to fill me in?

 

Being part titanium, and obviously the prototype for future terminators, I'd be glad to fill you in.

The thing is though Skynet hasn't got the power to think independently, so no troubles.

 

Plus this SkyNet debarcle is as much an urban myth like the boogeyman
