conzer16 Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 I'm off to Edinburgh a little after Paddy's Day for 4 nights with a load of mates from uni (woohoo!)... ...and I was just wondering if there are any locals on here who would be so kind as to tell us where the craic is to be had, where the cheapest booze would be and generally what there is for a gang of students to do in the beautiful city that, apparently, is Edinburgh! We're staying in the city centre (near Grassmarket??) and we'd love to taste the real Edinburgh. Deep fried mars bars and the whole shabang! So, if there are any Edinburgh-ians out there in N-E land, advise away!
Jav_NE Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 Nightlife is poor im afraid mate, i recall one street being the place they called the happening place to be and it just consisted of pubs. It was near town, just off princess street i think. Anyway, dont get your hopes up.
