Dual-Core Processors

Ok well like in my previous thread im thinking about buying a whole bunch of desktop stuff and build my own desktop. but ive been looking all around and ive seen a lot of dual core stuff but i would just like some recommendations on dual core motherboards Here is the dual core processor im looking at Intel Pentium Extreme Edition but i need sum advice on which motherboards

 

OH yah i would like the motherboard to be compatible with this Case

 

I'd prefer the price to be under $300 for the motherboard
