I played this at EGX Rezzed on Saturday and it was pretty enjoyable. From the level I played it seemed very much Dead Space-esque. The only worrying part is that the Alien AI seemed to be very... accurate. You'd see it walk past and then suddenly turn back to get you.

When is the review set to be published?

At that price it might be worth picking up so I have something to play on my PS4 but I'm not sure I can justify paying for what is essentially an extended demo.

This is a really annoying piece of news. Pokemon Black/White 2 only came out October 2012. That's not even two years. Also means that people who buy the DS Layton games now will be unable to download the extra puzzles. I'm sure there are other examples of this.

Feel a bit cheated by the price drop even though it's only £30. Loved Dead Rising 3 and Forza 5 but they've released no new games since launch.

BioShock 2 wasn't made by Irrational Games. Admittedly it wasn't as good as BioShock but it was still a pretty good game. I initially wrote it off without playing it because of it being a different dev and was pleasantly surprised by it when I did pick it up.

I don't know if it's just me but the whole thing makes Ken Levine come across as a bit of an idiot. Shutting a whole profitable studio down because he wants to work on something different? What about the people he isn't keeping? They're out of jobs now.

Skylanders Swap Force Starter Packs have been reduced to £30 at Smyths. 3DS Wii Wii U I know it's bad but I've picked it up on the PS4 instead, it's the same price.

Completed Dead Rising 3 before the end of last year. I really enjoyed it. I won't be downloading a 25GB patch now though. 25GB on a 500GB HDD which can't be swapped out, nonsense.

Hardware wise, it can. Though the disc drive can't accept the discs and if it could, there are no ports for Gamecube controllers. Not sure how much I'm allowed to say on the matter but homebrew can help you get around those two barriers.

Unfortunately I doubt they will in the same way that I doubt they'll put DS games on the 3DS. Both the Wii U and the 3DS are perfectly capable of running the games via hardware but when they do they effectively go into GCN/DS mode so none of the consoles features work. Nintendo seems to think that matters to the people using the devices. I know it wouldn't bother me!

I voted for 'Maybe a few specific titles if they come to it'. If the DS games were coming to the 3DS VC, it'd be a whole different matter.

4500 is a bit much. Especially when the plain black one PLUS the AC adaptor is only £20.

Is anybody else having issues making any sort of internet connection at all on their Wii U? Mine hasn't been working since Christmas but I put it down to the surge which knocked out Nintendo's internet services. But that's fixed now, right? So when I looked and saw I still couldn't connect to the internet I went into the network settings. My Wii U simply won't connect to any of my wireless routers any more. It fails before it does the check to Nintendo's services. Edit: And now it's suddenly working again. I hope it's not on it's way to breaking.

I'm still having issues with Kinect voice recognition. I suspect it's because I've lived in the West Midlands all my life. I think the analogue sticks are a bit too... tall. Is that a weird thing to say? I just feel like my thumbs are bent a bit too much when I'm using it. The trigger motors are amazing though. I have to say that I prefer the controller to my DualShock 4. I've finally managed to complete Dead Rising 3 after my save got deleted. Enjoyed every minute of it. Added @flameboy and @Nintenchris now (I think!).

I was happily enjoying playing Dead Rising 3 before today. I went on to play it today and it needed to update so I let it do it's thing. Now it crashes whenever I try to load my save. Awesome.
