  1. The Hobbit Is On For 2010/11

Why isn't Jackson directing it himself? He's the best for it.
  2. Your best music video EVER!!

    safety dance! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HcOZ6xFxJqg
  3. I have completed both games, enjoyed SMS but SM64 is definitely the better game. The thing that annoyed me most about Sunshine was the blue coin collecting which was just ridiculous. In order to get every shine, trying to find some of them was impossible and even after I'd had to resort to the walkthrough to find them I still had trouble. So tedious and frustrating! In SM64 there were 120 stars, and more or less 120 things to do. There mustve been at least 20 shines in SMS that were purely down to just collecting blue coins. SM64 all the way, hands down.
  4. I want to set up a blog - which site is the best one to use? You guys got any tips or recommmendations? Cheers in advance
  5. Funny videos, flash games, etc

Mario Live! - The Stage Show http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2139555376132383479
  6. Ghostbusters in Hell

The first two Ghostbuster films are comedy classics. I think a third would spoil it, and it's not like the public is crying out for another sequel. Plus Bill Murray is brilliant in both films, without him I very much doubt it would be the same and chances that it won't live up to the past films and be a big letdown.
  7. Chocolate Hobnobs

Hobnobs rule! I love what Peter Kay says about them. For dunking they are like a marine. 'Dip me again!'. Hilarious
  8. The Wii funny thread.

Not a funny, but quite a good mock up of playing Mario on Wii
  9. Does this prove Wii's a fake?

my firefox says the expiry is now 02 May 2006 01:31:27 and revolution.nintendo.com still works fine
  10. WWE Backlash

This morning I got a second row seat for the Birmingham house show. Happy days. Cena vs HHH vs Edge: They've booked this main event so well, I'm really looking forward to it. It really could be any of them. I'll go with... Edge, hope he gets a longer run than before. Sick of Cena with the belt now. Vince/Shane vs HBK/God: Some funny stuff with Vince in the build up to this, especially in the church. Have to go with the McMahons on this, then maybe they'll have a final blow-off match at the next PPV. Shelton vs RVD: Has to be RVD, money in the bank looks set to be cashed at One Night Stand, so possibly a little ECW help for him in this one. (Sabu?) Kane v Show: Kane, he needs to promote his movie so he'll go over. Mickie v Trish: Doesn't make sense for Trish to win it back so soon, so Mickie should retain. Carlito vs Masters: Could be a decent match, they fought at a house show i went to last week and had some good reversals for the masterlock. (i really wish someone would break that). Carlito should use his reverse neckbreaker as a finisher, not that crappy knee backbreaker thing. Carlito to win this one. Umaga vs Flair: Arrrrmando Alejandro Estrrrrrada is great, Flair could steal this one but as they're pushing Umaga I can't see him losing.
  11. What The Hell?? Nintendo Wii!!??

I don't like the name. And the whole 'we' concept only applies in English, as obviously other languages have different words for it. It will be interesting to see how it is marketed, but the name of a product can make or break it, and most people on here who are actually nintendo fans have made fun of it, so the non fans will do the same and probably more. And the name doesn't have to be global, there are many products known by different names in other countries, for example Lynx is known as Axe in North America. Nintendo have been very secretive about the whole console, and they need to make it simple as possible at E3. It's already hard to explain how the controller works to someone who hasn't read about it, and those i've told don't get too excited. Nintendo want to make it different from the rest, and I think it will either sell really well or fail miserably. They can't afford another flop like the cube, if so we may see them do a sega and just become a games maker. As much as I like nintendo games I won't be buying a new console just for them, the gamecube generally was a disappointment and in my opinion the n64 still reigns as nintendo's finest console.
  12. Woah there's some freaky stuff there. SO many craters! Google Earth is so cool, they updated their images a few months ago, especially for the UK, so look for your house if you live in UK and you should be able to zoom in quite close. A great site for finding new and exciting stuff is googlesightseeing.com, I remember when I first started using it I spent hours just looking at tons of places.
  13. Six Degrees Of Seperation

    Daniel Craig and Will Smith
  14. Expected there to be a thread on this already but the search didn't bring up anything, so apologies if this has already been done. As you probably know Isaac Hayes has quit, and the new series started last night in America, episode 1001, called 'The Return of Chef'. If you want to find out what happens, click en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Return_of_Chef for the Wikipedia description(major spoilers obviously!) Watch it here southparkx.net/episodes/1001-the-return-of-chef It's a brilliant episode, an instant classic! This is not the Scientology episode 'Trapped in the Closet', it is brand new from the 10th series shown last night.
