To be honest I’ve become very focused on clearing my backlog. I religiously update my backloggery page. It has in some ways become detrimental to beating longer games as I’m constantly seeking out the shorter games in my backlog. It’s meant I’m 40 hours into Dragon Age Inquisition and despite loving it I’ve kind of just left it untouched for awhile. This year already I’ve beaten 30 games having acquired 20. These numbers are somewhat inflated as each individual episode of say a Walking Dead counts as one game. I also find I spend less time on FIFA, Hearthstone etc.... games that can't be beaten. @Happenstance I would definitely say streaming to clear stuff works it’s given me a fresh impetus. Keep us updated and I’ll definitely tune in when I can. Also do it under the banner of Extra Life and get fundraising they want people to stream throughout the year in order to raise more money.

Just saw this never quite got into his books but had massive respect for him. Report I read said he passed away with his cat curled up on his bed.

About the only good meaningful part of it at this point. Anyway when you go to launch a game it will have a second to say there is newer data that it needs to sync and away you go! None of the pain the arse I remember PS Plus Cloud stuff being on PS3.

Just finished Agent Carter what a show!!!! Going whole hog straight onto this!

I'm not sure this warranted a thread of it's own but a sentai management game called Chroma Squad just got a release date and it looks pretty darn amazing: http://www.chromasquad.com Tactical turn-based manager game, with sentai heroes and old-school pixel art! Everything you want in a fresh indie game! In this game you become responsible for managing and recording episodes for a sentai TV studio. Hire actors, craft equipment from carboard and duct tape, record episodes and explode everything up! So far only announced for PC from what I can tell releasing on 30th April.

I've been thinking of picking this up....really want to see it in action though....been trying to watch on twitch but yet to find anyone playing it! Most bizarre!

Also found out about this hilarious bug on PC: It is game breaking though so not funny.

I'm going to kind of air on the side of meh to be honest....I've picked up the season pass and am playing it episodically. It has somewhat benefited from that but it definitely feels like a Resi 4/5 lite. Not really pushing things fair, everything is a bit cliched and it has very lackluster environments. Like I said I am playing it episode by episode and that has somewhat made it interesting even if they majority of the cliffhangers (there are effectively two per episode) have been nothing more than reaching a destination and wondering what lays ahead.

An interesting read for sure. I think if it's true about Conker then Microsoft have got it completely right by saying that Conker was too deeply routed in the 90s. I don't think simply spoofing movies in the way they did would work a second (or third if you count remake) time round. I think Sunset Overdrive's style of humour would work much better.

Hmmmm the only thing I can think are the sticks being made tighter and changes to the bumpers...I have problems with neither but I have seen such concerns raised.

Wowza I guess this is something for every developer to remember when making these collections of last gen titles. Don't try to make all the multiplayer modes run at once! For me I was never that bothered in the first place I got it to play through the single player but nice to know the options are there now.

Pretty cool but not a PC game for me. I want it on console so no kickstarting until it hits its goal and hopefully consoles become stretch goals.

See I enjoyed it. However the whole time I did feel like the "Resi" parts of it were extremely cliched and just dumped in there. I think they played up on the hammy stuff as well Terrosave is brilliant. The episodic structure suits this as well cos I feel like I'd had my fill until next week. It's reminded me I really need to go back and play Revelations on 3DS feel like I'd need the circle pad pro though.

This did nothing but serve a reminder that I have copies of Trine 2 sat unplayed on both PC and PS3.

I didn't end up playing Contrast but it's one of those I intend on getting when it goes cheaper. This looks amazing though love everything about it.

huh maybe the leveling up happens faster than it seems! I only really like bowling to be honest, climbing is boring, soccer is a poor interpretation of the sport, wave racing is crap, tennis doesn't seem to work properly 100% and it's enough to be annoying.

I have to say they did a bloody good job on today's episode dealing with the aftermath without actually saying who was the killer enabling the actors to film their scenes without knowing.

WHAT A GAME! Started this over the weekend,I don't think I've ever played a game that is so atmospheric. Headphones on in the dark it's insane.
