However, when you think about it that way, wouldn't the RE series be the worst games ever. How anyone can do those games without ever consulting a guide is beyond me(all bar RE4 though).

I loved enter the matrix, both '64 castlevanias, Starfox Adventures. All games that recieved mix-bad critic reviews. edit-Mission Impossible on the '64 rocks ass. I rebought it about 2 months ago!!

I wholeheartedly agree; when I played MP I felt like I was being ushered in a linear path very much like MP2. Apart from the two world thing, they are almost identical. Alas; this is OOt/Majoras Mask all over again.

I have only just started playing it about a week ago; Just got the light beam yesterday. I know I am still very early into the game, but I am enjoying it a lot more than MP1; i think the whole setting is just that much more daunting than the original and the storyline is fleshed out quite a bit more.

I suppose we can only wait 11 days until nothing is announced. Doesn't make sense though tbh.

History of Violence has some pretty brutal scenes of violence in. Not really a 'fight' per se; but the 'fire extinguisher to head' death in irreversible is a scene I sometimes cannot stomach to watch.

I loved it when it was N64 magazine. I think that perido was when I was most into gaming, and I'd read N64, Gamesmaster, CVG and NOM every month. However, I lost interest in NOM when Dav McComb turned it into a pokemon festival, Gamesmaster and CVG were never purchased by me anyway, so I didn't mind when my mate stopped buying them, and then I stopped buying NGC when the magazine was made a massive size, like a Broadsheet newspaper. I don't buy magazine any more though, but N64 was my favourit 64 magazine.

The knight is brilliant. Pike, arming sword and a kick ass shield. I really wish there was a game that showed the hrulian knights doing what they do best. Fighting.

See Doom 3; scares the shit out of me; especially the whole turning off of the flashlight to operate the gun......damn scary game.

3-Nintendo conference; too many Nintendo related things to choose from(though none singularly would have got any higher anyway0. From Wii sports through to Smash Bros; Nintendo had a great show. Very close between these two (2 and 1) to be honest: 2-Assassins Creed; looks beautifully fluid, all reports point to a brilliant historical based game, with the feel of Prince of Persia, but soooo much better. 1-MGS4; what else could win. This is hands down the game I am most looking forward to for next year. The story, the trailer, raidens kick ass return....everything was just brilliant. I need this game

Tbh; I stopped watching 3 and 4 about 1/2 to 3/4 the way through. Barring 1 and 2(watched all of them); this is the longest I've stuck with 24 in a while. I think it says something.

M'eh; if it is a light gun game; I'll probably still get it. Hower, Twilight Princess has shown that a third person action/adventure game can work on the wii; so hopefully, capcom, with their developing might, will make a third person game that utilises behind the shoulder wiimote controlled aiming, wiimote controlled use of the knife.....
