Anyway my 24" LCD Dell monitor features all kinds of in puts (component, VGA, DVI, s-video and so on =) so I really dont care although a VGA output would definitely be very nice

I dont know about you guys, but I dont measure the value of a console by its horsepower, but rather by its "fun factor". Now I havent played the Wii nor the PS3 yet, but judging by the impressions given by people who tried the Wii at E3, Wii should really be fun playing and giving a totally new experience, while the PS3 offered the "same ol' stuff we've been playing since 1996" At this point i'd rather give 400€ for the Wii rather than the PS3.

Or they launch a Super Smash Bros Brawl bundle with the game + 1 or 2 classic controllers? It wouldnt really make any sense to include a classic with the Wii as it would only make it more expensive :p I would be surprised if they did it, anyway...

no, u only control the actual crosshair with the wiimote, try looking at some movies of metroid corruption. Although u may be able to control where u look with the wiimote if u hold some kind of button while moving it...

I've always thought of the possibilities of making a first person Resident Evil (story game and with a RE4 developing-time ). I mean, it could really scare the cr*p out of the player... think of going in a hallway when a zombie arm suddenly smashes through the window from the side... nothing special in that, has happened lots of times in the previous games, but at that time the player "saw" everything happen from at distance, now the zombie would for instance grap your arm (which would feel like is your arm as its controlled by the wii-mote ) and jump up your face gimme gimme gimme

anyway... if it was photoshopped... the person who did it... definitly has a creepy imagination :/

Tbh I actually have a feeling that the hardware secret(s) is *drum solo* an optional visor And I have a reason to think this, if you look at Red Steel and Metroid Prime: Corruption, you would see that you'll have to "drag" the screen around, when aiming with wii-mote you only control the "crosshair" not the whole point of view, like in most PC FPS. Now they release a visor with the tilt function as well, so when u turn ur head it would move the "point of view" and the visor would have a mic too... it wouldnt have to be a big clumsy thing, just a kind of "glasses", depending on how much space the whole tilt-thingy would require... now that would indeed attend to hardcore gamers :D:D ... or the reason to that the wii-mote doesnt move the whole view could be that it would make the person feel dizzy, as it would be hard to hold to wii-mote just as steady as an mouse on a table, i dunno XD

damn, lucky bastards... when the 'cube came out in Denmark the price was just about 230£ everything in Denmark just have to be more expensive than other countries... wonder how much the PS3 is gonna launch for here though hehe... how much did the PS2 usually launch for in other countries?
