Heh, my only RE4 experience was at a friend's house. He had just gotten to the fight with Salazar. It was hilarious, because we kept pretending he was in fact the reincarnation of Portuguese dictator Oliveira Salazar. The dictator died a stupid death and we were expecting this Salazar to also die in a stupid way...Too bad he didn't.

You know an even better Fire Emblem? Fire Emblem GBA a.k.a. Fire Emblem 7 Graphics - The character portraits and map sprites are less detailed, but the battle sprites and animations are beautiful. Sound - The music has GBA quality, but the songs themselves are good. Shame they didn't remix many of these songs for Brawl. Gameplay - Pretty simplistic. There are no skills and the promotion process is simpler. Still, it's vintage Fire Emblem. Very accessible and fun. Story - The story itself is long, above average and has a few twists. The character development is great. There are more (and better) support conversations here than in PoR or Sacred Stones. Longevity - 30+ chapters and the best replay value I have ever seen (except Pokémon). You will want to play the alternate story, get the extra chapters, beat the Hard Modes and see all the supports. Words don't make the game justice. One way or another, you should play it. I know I will end up adding another game sooner or later. I've been enjoying Pikmin a lot, lately...

Yeah, but it's pretty hard to find. And a bit expensive, too. Now I know why you told me to go through the pond. The right bird was the back one. I killed both birds, anyway. I lost less Pikmin than I thought. Also, in the Forest Navel, right when the day was about to end, I was exploring the site where the last part would be. Suddenly, a Giant Spider fell on me! And I was less than 10 seconds away from the end of the day! One of the legs was inches away from the little ones. A hell of a scare I got. The rest of the day went great and it was almost ruined by this. Hmmm, Maybe I really should get Pikmin 2, one of these days...

I don't want to treat my Pikmin as dispensable. Frogs? You mean the Bulborbs? Those are taken care of.

Yeah, his Hyper Beam certainly raises some points in my consideration. But Mewtwo can teleport, fire small blasts from his fingers and has a more DBZ feel to him. I'm going to miss him a lot... EDIT: I just remembered Lucario can teleport in his counter. Maybe I can find a place for him.

I know, but when I can't or don't have time to send Red pikmin, I try to distract one of the fire beasts myself. The birds...I was thinking of using the Blue ones, because of the water nearby. Maybe I should bring the Red ones and leave some Blue ones on the water, just in case. Also, I'll try to use myself as a shield to minimise casualties. Now, the flying bugs who bury the Pikmin...One time, after a day of hard work finding a ship part, I saw one of those guys in the camp, wrecking havoc during my absence . I wasted the rest of the day undoing his wrongs...

I always preferred characters who hit hard, no matter their speed. Hence why I main Ganondorf in Melee. I also love Capt. Falcon and Marth. Bowser and DK are cool, too, but I can't use them well. I will probably keep using Ganondorf, but Ike seems great, too. And hopefully Dedede will be one of my faves, too. Maybe Wolf, if he's strong enough... The exception is Mewtwo. I love using him, because he's so awesome. Lucario seems cool, but he can't teleport, thus reducing his awesomeness. Plus, I much prefer a psychic master than a martial arts disciple.

You're absolutely right. The Forest of Hope is my favourite area just because of the gorgeous music. Distant Fountain is great, too. I love that water scenery. Well, that was Fire Emblem to me. On strategy games that aren't RPGs, then, yeah, Pikmin is the first where I care about my troops. Why are the other creatures so intent on killing Pikmin for fun, though? I was so angry when one of those flamethrower creatures started attacking for no reason. Or the Frogs who jump on them when they feel like it. And now I have to face those evil birds on the Forest of Hope. So many Pikmin are going to die...

It's yet Night Time, and when it's day, people probably won't vote anybody. What happened with this game? And how come Bluejay wasn't insta-killed yet? He never plays this anymore.

Reading some of the PAL changes, I think it came out better. It certainly explains why Sheik and Fox weren't as godly as the americans say they were. I have to try to hear Jigglypuff sing to her names in the other languages. Roudoudou is a ridiculous name in itself. And what is the "Special Movie"? Also, Bowser's Down Throw couldn't hit Mr. G&W in the NTSC version?

Voted Rouge and Guy. I always liked Rouge for some reason. I considered choosing Cammy, but I have a thing for underdogs. I also considered Frank West, but Guy is the bigger underdog. Also, what's up with Capcom constantly having cameos from Megaman Legends, when the Classic and X series are more popular?

Ganondorf's Forward-Air was supposedly weaker in the PAL version, too.

A crazy thought ocurred to me. What if they're trying to do with Vesperia what happened with Symphonia? Release a good Tales game (made by Team Symphonia) on a console that doesn't usually get them and try to gain a fanbase there. Just to play it safe, have plans to port it later to a more popular console. Then again, I have plenty of crazy ideas. Although here's hoping Vesperia gets ported sometime in the future. : peace:

Judging from that interview, it seems this game will be much better than I originally thought. And it also seems that both Namco and Nintendo know that the Tales series has everything to make success in the west (in Nintendo consoles). Last generation, many Tales games ended on PS2 because that's were it sold well. It seems they might change their focus to the Wii. Which really makes me wonder why the hell they're making a Tales game for the Xbox 360. It makes no sense whatsoever.

Wait, is that the feature that made GG to be insanely fast? Still, seems cool. Technical babble aside, it just means the moves flow easier and there's more variety for combos, right? Sweet.

I think that the Crystal Flash actually hurts other players, right? If it wasn't so, it wouldn't be much of a Final Smash

I always felt most items were somewhat balanced, except for the healing ones. What makes it irritating is if I want to have a pokéball only match, and Crates, Barrels and Capsules pop up everywhere. And many of them are explosive! The only explosions I wanted were Electrodes. Hopefully this has been fixed. They already started by diferenciating normal crates from the explosives. I seriously hope we can just turn them off. @Konfucius: About Samus/Zamus, you might want to check the most recent Dojo update...

Actually, wouldn't our region be Europe, not Portugal? You can play with Europeans, but not Americans.

So I finally got a hold of Pikmin 1. I'm on Day 4 and it's been fun so far, although it suffers from the Fire Emblem syndrome. Everytime one of my Pikmin dies in vain, I tend to restart the day.
